Catching Locations

Southern Rock Lobster are caught in the waters of Southern Australia, in the state waters of South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. The total production of this species is 5400 tonne across all three fisheries areas. The water is cold, nutrient rich, and very clean. The extensive reef areas provide a perfect location for the large growing Southern Rock Lobster.
